3. How do I return or exchange an item?
Simply head to our online returns portal and follow the steps. If your item qualifies, your return label will be generated instantly. Sale items may be limited to store credit or exchange depending on current return settings.
4. Are your products true to size?

5. Will you be restocking sold-out items?
Because we produce in small quantities, many items are limited edition. Some core styles may return, but once most pieces are sold out, they won’t be restocked. We recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page.
6. How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way. We use Australia Post tracked delivery service, so you will recieve updates along the way.
